RESOLUTION NO . 19+8

SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SANITARY SEWER IM-
SR-122 PROVEMENT SR-122
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution
passed and adopted on the 3rd day of April,
1929, ordered the Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-122, District SR-122, and the City Engineer,
under direction of the City Council, has pre-
pared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such 'improvement and an esti-
mate of the cost thereof , including an estimate
of the cost of the incidental expenses of said
improvement , and
WHEREAS, due notice by publication as re-
quired by the City Charter has been made that the
City Council would on the 17th day of April, 1929 ,
at the City Hall in said City, at 10: 00 o' clock A.
M. , receive and hear the remonstrances of all in-
terested persons to the confirmation of said reso-
lution ordering said improvement , and no remon-
strances having been presented at the time and
place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach , Florida , that the
said resolution of said City Council ordering said
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-122 , District SR-122,
be and the same is hereby confirmed, and the City
Council hereby declares its intention of proceed-
ing with City Forces.
