RESOLUTION NO . 1951
WHEREAS, E. Cox proposes to make application
to the War Department for permission to construct a
4 dock in Biscayne Bay off Lot 3 , Block 2 , Rivo Alto Is-
land , Miami Beech, Florida, es shown upon a drawing
664 marked:
"Proposed Dock on Biscayne Bay at
Rivo Alto Island , Miami Beach, Fla.
Application by E. 7. Cox
March 21 - 1929
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been oresented to and
considered by the City Couhcil, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said E. W.
Cox will not interfere with any plans for work which
the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THER FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
, cil of Miami Beach, Florida , in legal meeting assem-
bled, that the said City Council waives, and it does
hereby waive , all objections to the said Proposed con-
struction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April , A. D.
1929.
