DISTRICT SR-123 SANITARY SEWER I1TROVEMENT
SR-123
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
0; to proceed_ under Section 29 of the City Charter:
, ' SR-123 The laying underground of an S" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary
Sewer, and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the East Curb of Pine Tree Drive from
the North line of West Forty-First Street to a

Y; point at or near the South Line of Lot 9, Block
1 , Flamingo Terrace Subdivision produced `westerly
i ,
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete
Sewer Lateral from the main sewer to the line
of approximately each seventy-five feet of
adjacent property; as a part of the main im-
provement,
As said Street, Drive, and Subdivision are
ti shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book No.10
at Page 3 and Plat Book No. 6 at Page 101 of
the Public Records of Dade County;
And it is hereby directed that the material
#§! nature, size and character of said improve-
_ ment be subsequently determined in conformity
' with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
' `1 City Clerk Plans end Specifications of each kind of said improvement
w and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
; 'Y cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifi-
cations end estimate, the printing and publication of notices and
k. proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services , abstracts etc. , and any other expenses necessary

and proper in conducting the proceedings end work herein provided
for; end the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.
, This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-123, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
ri shall be designated as District SR-123.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April A.D. , 1929.
