SANITARY SEWER SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-123 DISTRICT SR-123
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of April , 1929 , the
City Council passed and adopted a resolution order-
in7 the Improvement designated as Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-1P3 , Sanitary Sewer District SR-123 ,
d ' the Engineer directed ;, e City i,o , repere and file
plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the Cost thereof , including an estimate
of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and
specifications and estimates of cost and estimate of
incidental expenses have been filed by the City Engi-
neer with the City Clerk ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall
cause notice to he posted at the door of the City
Hall in the City of Miami Beech , Miami Beach Police
Station and Fire Station No. 2 , in the City of Miami
Beach , statin-r that at a meeting of the City Council
of Miami Beach on the 1st day of May, 1929 , at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , the City Council will hear the remon-
strances of all interested -:persons to the confirma-
tion of said resolution ordering said improvement .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April , A. D.
1929 .
