RESOLUTION NO. 1958
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN REMON-
STRANCES TO THE CONFIRMATION OF AN
ASSESSMENT ROLL.
SIDEWALK DISTRICT SK-55 SIDEWALK IMPROVE-
MENT SK-55
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment roll has been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvement
in accordance with the provisions of Section 29 , of
the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with said
City Charter that a meeting of the City Council will
be held at 10:00 A. M. , May 15th , 1929 , at which time
all interested persons may appear and file written
remonstrances to the confirmation of said roll.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May, A. D.
