DISTRICT SR!..1.24 SANITARY SEER DiTROVEMENT
SR-124
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be mad.e, the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
, to prodeed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SR-124 , The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Serer, or an 8u Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and. necessary
manholes and anpurtenances, ,
At or near the center of West Forty-Fifth Street
from a point at or neer the center of Sheridan
Avenue to a point at or neax the East Curb of Pine
Tree Drive;
As said Street , Avenue, and Drive are- shown on Plats
recorded in Plat Book No. 9 at Page 114, Plat Book
. No. 25 at Page 30, and Plat Book No. 8 at Page 61
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
And it is hereby directed that the materiel, nature,
size and character of said improvement be sub-
sequently determined in conformity with one of such
descriptions.

The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and S-oecifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifi-
cations and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings , the preparation of bonds, interest durin construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
. abutting property.
This Improvement shell be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-124, and the property
againstwhichassessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR,-1240
