RESOLUTION NO. 1964
DISTRICT 1-17-102 HIGHWAY IYFROTNT H-102
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUMCII OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following tescribed improvement
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City
ChFrter:
NOF1TH BAY ROAD: From its intersection with
Alton Road at the South line of Nineteenth
Street to the 'Nest line of Alton Road, South
of Biscayne Waterway, to be paved , and where
heretofore paved, to be repaired, to a width
of thirty—six feet with a Bituminous Wearing
Surface on a 10" Rock Base , with necessary
drainage, sewer inlets , manholes and catch
basins , and improved on both sides with a
Concrete Curb and Gutter, es said. Roads,
Street and Waterway are shown on Plats record—
ed in Plat Book No. 8 at Page 52, Flat Book
No . 9 3t Pages 144 and 145, Plat Book No. 23
at Page 27, and Plat Book No. 6 at Page 115,
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof , including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the in—
spection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and
publication of notices and proceedings , the preparPtion of bonds ,
intrest during construction, legal services, abstracts , etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary end proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-1021 and the property against
which assessments therefor may be mc.7e for the cost tbea! of shall
be designated as District H-102.
