DISTRICT SK-60 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to he made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City
Cherter:
sk-60 An Eight foot Concrete Sidewalk on the
West Side of North Bay Road from the
South Line of Nineteenth Street pro-
, duced Westerly to the South Line of
Twentietla Street, as said Streets and
Road are shown on Plats recorded in
Plat Book No. 9 at Page 144 and Plat
Book No. 6 at Page 1152of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Enineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said tqAprove-
,
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
estimate of the cost of the exoenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the
printing end publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts , etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and 'proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against
each front foot of abutting property.
This Iprovement shall be designated in all proceedings ,
• assessments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-60, and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for
the cost thereof shall be designated as District SK-60.
