DISTRICT SR-126 SAKITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-126
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed lInder Section 29 of the City Charter:
SR-126 The layint underground of an 8" Terra Gotta
Sanitary Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary
Sewer, and necessary Manholes and appurtenanc3s;
At or near the center of Pine Tree Drive from a
point at or near the South Curb of Sixty-.Third
Street to a point at or near the center of 7Vest
Fifty-First Street, and from a point at or near
the South line of Flamingo Waterway to a point
approximately Eight Hundred and Fifty Feet
Southerly of said South line;
At or near the center of Sixty-First Street from
a point at or near the center of Pine Tree Drive
to a point at or near the center of Sheridan
Avenue,
At or near the center of West Fifty-Seventh Street
from a point at or near the center of Pine Tree
Drive to a point at or near the center of
Sheridan Avenue;
The laying underground of a 10" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer, or a 10" Concrete Sanitary Sewer ,
and necessary manholes and anpurtenances;
At or near the center of Sheridan Avenue from a
point at or near the center of Sixty-Third Street
to a point at or near the center of Sixty-First
Street;
The laying underground of a 12" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sever, or a 12" Concrete Sanitary Sewer,
and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the center of Sheridan Avenue from a
point at or near the center of Sixty-Fi-eet Street
to a point at or near the center of West Fifty
Third Street;
The laying underground of a 15" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer , or a 15" Concrete Sanitary Sewer,
and necessary manholes and appurtenances;

At or near the center of Sheridan Avenue from a
point at or near the center of Vest Fifty-Third
Street to a point at or near the center of *.iest
Fifty-First Street;
As said Streets, Avenue , Drive and ' aterway are
shown on Flats recorded in Fiat Book No . 16 at
Page 10, Plat Book No. 9 at Page 158, Plat Book
No. 14 at Page 42, Plat Book No. 6 at Page 149,
and Flat Book No. 8 at Page 4, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida;

And it is hereby directed that the material ,
nature, size and character of said improve-
ment be subsequently determined in conformity
with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to, file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said
improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, including en
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary End other
surveys , the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of Plans and. Specinc- tions and estimates, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the pre-
paration of bonds, interest during construction, legal services ,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in
conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,
assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-126, and
the property against which assessments therefor may be made for
the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-126.
