SK-56 Improvement SK-'56
7HEREAS, on the 1st day of May , 1929,
zhe City Council passed and adopted a resolution or-
dering the improvement designated as Sidewalk
Improvement SK-56 , District SK-56 , and directed
the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and speci-
fications of such imprOvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including air' estimate of the incidental
expenses , and the said plans and specifications and
estimate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses
have been filed by the City tngineer with the City
I Clerk.

THEREFORE) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of Miami Beach , Florid. ., that the City Clerk shall
cause to be posted at the door of the City Hall in
, the City of Miami Beach , Miami Beach Police Station
and Fire Station No. 2 ,in the City of Miami Beach , a
notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council
of Miami Beach on the 22nd day of May , 1929,
at 1000 o' clock A. M. , the City Council will hear
the remonstrances of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said im-
provement .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May,
A. D. 1929.
