7HEREAS, on the 1st day of May , 1929,
The City Council passed ,an(?1ad.oted a resolution or-
dering the improvement 4eTignItx!d. as Sidewalk
Improvement SK-60, District 6o , and directed,
the City Engineer toand file plans and speci-
fications of such improvementr 'rand an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the incidental
expenses , and the said plans and specifications and
estimate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses
have been filed by the City tngineer with the City
Clerk.
THEREF6Rtj BE IT RESOLVED by City Council
of Miami Beach , Florida, that the
Clerk shall
cause to be posted at the cloo7 the City Hall in
the City of Miami Beach , Miami Beach Police Station
and Fire Station No. 2 ,in the City of Miami Beach , a
notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council
of Miami Beach on the 22nd day of May , 1929,
at 1000 o' clock A. M. theCity Council will hear
the remonstrances of all persons •nterested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said im-
provement .
