District Sanitary Sewer
SR-126 Improvement SR-126
WitEREAS , on the 1st day of May , 1929)
the City Council passed and adopted a resolution or-
dering the improvement designated as Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-126, District SR-126, an . directed
the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and spedi-
fications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the incidental
expenses , and the said plans and specifications and
estimate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses
have been filed by the City Engineer with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED by the City Council
of Miami Beach , Plorida, that the City Clerk shall
cause to be posted at the door of the City Hall in
the City of Miami Beach , Litiami Beach Police Station
and Fire Station No. 2 ,in the City of Miami Beach , a
notice stating that at a theeting of the City Council
of Miami Beach on the 22nd day of May , 1929,
at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council will hear
the remonstrances of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said im-
provement .
