RESOLUTION NO. 1985
District SR- 12 Sanitary Sewer Im-
provement SR-124
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed
and adopted on the let day of May, 1929 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement S11-124, District SR-124,
and the City Engineer, under direction of the City
[ Council , has prepared and filed with the City Clerk
plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the cost of the incidental expenses of said im-
provement , and whereas due notice by publication as
required by the City Charter has been made that the
City Council would on the 15th day of May, 1929 , at
the City Hall in said City, at 10:00 o' clock A. M. ,
receive and hear the remonstrances of all interested
persons to the confirmation of said resolution order-
ing said improvement , and no remonstrances having
been presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolu-
tion of said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-124 , District SR-124, be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and the City Council hereby declares
its intention of proceeding with City Forces.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, A. D.
1929.
