RESOLUTION NO..1,931.
DISTRICT SR--128 SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-128
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City
Charter:
SR--126 The laying underground of an g" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary
Sewer, and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the center of Sheridan Avenue from
a point four hundred and sixty-two feet North
of the center line of West Thirty-seventh
Street to West Forty-first Street;
with a 6" Terra Cotta,, or a 61' Concrete,
Sewer Lateral from the main Sewer to the Street
Line of Lot 4, Block 54;
As said Streets, Avenue and Block are shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 8, Page
116 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida;
And it is hereby directed that the material,
nature, size and chap c t er of said improve-
ment be subsequently determined in con-
formity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said im-
provement and an estimate of the cost of each, including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the print-
ing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds , interest during constuction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting
the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,
assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-128, and
thero erty against which assessments therefor may be made for

the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-12g.
