H-102 Improvement H-102
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed
and adopted on the 1st day of May , 1929 , or-
dered the Highway Improvement H-102 , District
H-102 , and the City Engineer , under direction of the
City Council , has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof , including an es-
timate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said
improvement , and whereas due notice by publication as
redv.ired by the City Charter has been made that the
O)uncil mould on the 22nd day of May , 1929,
at the iity Hall in said City , at 10: 00 d' clock A. M. ,
receive and he. .r remonstrances of all interested per-
sons to the cr.._.firmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and remonstrances having been pre-
sented at the time and place aforesaid, and same hav-
ing been cl.e,ly considered by the City Council and
found to be not well founded,
TPT'e?EFORE, DE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said
resolutionof said City Council ordering said
Highway ImproJeaent H-102, District H-102 , be
and the same is hereby confirmed.
