H--103 Improvement H-103
WHEREAS , the City Council , by resolution passed
and adopted on the 1st day of May 1929 , or-
dered the HiMhway Improvement H-103 , District
H-103 , and the City Engineer , under direction of the
City Council , has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof , including an es-
timate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said
imx;rc7ement , and whereas due notice by publication as
recfc.ir'd by the City Charter has been made that the
C:'ro: Opuncil would on the 22nd day of May , 1929,
at the (.its Hall in said City , at 10: 00 O' clock A. M. ,
receive and hear remonstrances of all interested per-
sons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and remonstrances having been pre-
sented at thy; time and place aforesaid, and same hav-
ing been duly considered by the City Council and •
found to be not well founded,
TM FF ?RE , DE IT FESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said
resolution of said City Council ordering said

and the same is hereby confirmed.
