District Highway
H-101- Improvement H-104-
WHEREAS , the City Council , by resolution passed
and adopted on the 1st day of May , 1929 , or-
dered the Highway Improvement H-101 ; District
H-1011- , and the City Engineer , under direction of the
City Council , has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement
and an es-;imate of the cost thereof , including an es-
timate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said
improvement , and whereas due notice by publication as
regi,.ir'd by the City Charter has been made that the
C uno it mould on the 22nd day of May , 1929,
at the lity Hall in said City , at 10: 00 o' clock A. M. ,
receive and hear remonstranoes of all interested per-
sons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and remonstrances having been pre-
sented at she time and place aforesaid , and same hav-
ing been duly considered by the City Council and
found to be not well founded,
TFTREFOF.E , DE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said
resolution. of said City Council ordering said
Highway Improvement H-101-, District H-104 , be
and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of May,
