District Sidewalk
SK-56 Improvement SK-56
WHEREAS , the City Council , by resolution passed
and adopted on the 1st day of May , 1929 , or-
dered the Sidewalk Improvement SK-56 , District
SK-56 , and the City Engineer , under direction of the
City Council , has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof , including an es-
timate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said
improvement , and whereas due notice by publication as
re -Lira by the City Charter has been made that the
c._ruy Cpuncil would on the 22nd day of May , 1929,
at the Oity Hall in said City , at 10: 00 O' clock A. M. ,
receive and hear remonstrances of all interested per-
sons to the confirmation, of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and remonstrances having been pre-
sented at the time and place aforesaid, and same hav-
ing been duly considered by the City Council and
found to be not well founded,
TF',77?EFORE DE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said
resolution. of said City Cour},cil ordering said
Sidewalk Imprevenent Sr-50, District SK-56 , be
and the same is hereby confirmed.
