SK-60 Improvement SK-60
WHEREAS, tie City Council , by resolution passed
and adopted on the 1st day of May 1929 , or-
dared the Sidewalk Improvement SK-OO , District
SK-60 , and the City Engineer , under direction of the
City Council , has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof , including an es-
timate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said
improvement , and whereas due notice by publication as
-y equired by the City Charter has been made that the
City C' ty Council would on the 22nd day of May , 1929 ,
at the City Hall in said City , at 10:00 o' clock A. M. ,
receive and hear remonstrances of all interested per-
sons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no remonstrances having been
presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolu-
tion of said City Council ordering said Sidewalk
Improvement SK-60 , District SK-60 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of May,
