RESOLUTION NO. 2006
DISTRICT SR-129 SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-129
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That, the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth -
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SR-129 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitery Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary
Sewer, and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the South Curb of West Forty—first
Street from a point at or near the center of
Royal Psalm Avenue to Sheridan Avenue;
Together with a 611 Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete
Sewer Lateral from the main Sewer to the line
of approximately each fifty feet of adjacent
property, as a part of main improvement.
As said Street and Avenue are shown on a
record plat recorded in Plat Book No . 8, Page
116 .of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and as said Royal Pam Avenue is
named and designated in Ordinance No. 252.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications .of each kind of said
improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of Pians and Specifications and estimate, the printing
and publication of notices and proceedings , the preparation of
bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting
the proceedings and work herein provided for, and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement 0,-129, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall 1:e designated. as District SR-129.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of D. , 1929. .
