A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 1742.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That Resolution No. 1742, "Requesting, approving and
authorizing the Miami Beach Railway Company to take up
and remove its rails , ties and appurtenant equipment in
connection with its street railway on Sheridan Avenue be-
tween 28th and 30th Streets, Miami Beach , Florida, with
permission and authority to replace said rails, ties and
appurtenant equipment , and setting forth provisions relat-
ing thereto" , passed and adopted by the City Council March
7th, 1928 , be and the same is hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May , A. D. 1929.
