RESOLUTION NO. 2013
WHEREAS, lov. James M. Cox proposes to make ap-
plication to the War Department for permission to con-
struct a boat landing in Biscayne Bay off Lot 37,
Block 1 , Nautilus Subdivision, Miami Beach , Florida,
as shown upon drawing marked:
"Proposed Boat Landing for lov. James M. Cox
at Lot 37 , Block 1 , Nautilus Subd. Miami
Beach, Fla.
Continental Construction Co.
Contractors & Engrs.
Miami , Fla. 5/27-29"
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Gov.
James M. Cox will not interfere with any plans for
work which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach , Florida, in legal meeting assembled,
that the said City Council waives , and it does hereby
waive , all objections to the said proposed construction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June , A. D.
1929.
