RESOLUTION NO. 2020
DISTRICT H-105 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-105
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
IAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improve—
ment
mprovement is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby
setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of
the City Charter:
H-105 MICHIGAN AVENUE: From the South Line of
16th Street to tne South Line of Lincoln
Road, to be paved and where heretofore
paved, to be repaved to a width of 40 feet
with a Bituminous Wearing Surface on a 10"
Rock Base with necessary drainage, se*er
inlets, manhol e s and catch basins, and
improved on both sides with a concrete Curb
and Gutter, as said Street, Road and Avenue
are shown on a Plat Recorded in Plat Book
No. 9 at Page 69 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve—
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the pre—
paration of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in
conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,
assessments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-105, and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for the
cost thereof shall be designated as District H-105.
