BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That Resolution No. 2020, ordering the con-
struction of Highway Improvement H-1051 passed
and adopted the 3rd day of July, 1929 , be and the
same is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July,
