RLSOLUTION NO. 2029
HERXAS, The was Company of Miami Beach , Inc .
proposes to make application to the War Department
for permission to lay a submarine .7as main across

Indian Creek at 60th Street , within the municipal
limits of Miami Beach , Florida, as shown upon draw-
ing marked:

and,
WHEREAS , said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council , and
WHEREAS , the wor';:. cont,emplated by the said las
Company of Miami Beach , Inc. will not interfere with
any plans for work which the said City Council has
in view,
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach , Florida, in le7a1 meetin7 assem-
bled , that the said City Council waives , and it does
hereby waive , all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
