STATES FOR PERMISSION TO 'CONSTRUCT
A BRIDE OVER INDIAN CREEK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAHI BEACH , FLORIDA:

That Claude A. Renshaw, City Eanacer for said City,
bend he is hereby directed and authorized to make ap-
plication to the 7ar Department of the United States for
a. revised permit to construct a concrete 7irder bride
with a removable steel center span over Indian Creek at
List Street , in the City of Miami Beach , Florida, and
to, make such application in the name of said City or in
his own name as representative of th.e said City.
