RESOLUTION NO. 2031_
DISTRICT SR-130 SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-130
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby-
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SR-130 The laying underground of an g" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer, or an 80 Concrete Sanitary
Sewer, and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the West Curb of North Bay Road from
a point Fifty (50) feet South of the North line
of Lot 10, Block 1, produced Easterly to the
North line of Lot 9, of the said Block 1, pro-
duced Easterly, all of the Nautilus Subdivision.
Together with the 6" Terra Cotta or the 6"
Concrete Sewer Laterals from the main Sewer to
the street line of the said Lots 9 and 10, as a
part of main improvement.
As said North Bay Road and Nautilus Subdivision
are shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book No. 8,
Page 95 of tne Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifica-
tions and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and pro-
ceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper
in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the
estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-130, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
sha]J be designated as District SR-130.
