RESOLUTION NO . 2032

SR-130 Improvement SR-130
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of Jul- , 1929,
the City Council passed and adopted a resolution or-
dering the improvement designated as
Improvement SR-130, District oi.i.-11 and directed
the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and speci-
fications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estinlate of the incidental
expenses , and the said plans and specifications and
estimate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses
have been filed by the City Engineer with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of Miami Beach , Florida, that the City Cleric shall
cause to be posted at the door of the City Rall in
the City of Miami Beach , Miami Beach Police Station
and Fire Station NO4 2 ,in the City of Miami Beach , a
notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council
of Miami Beach on the 7th day of Pu-,11,3+.. ) 1929,
at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council will hear
the remonstrances of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said im-
provement .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this I.7th day oi juin
