• RESOLUTION NO. 2038
RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA .
WHEREAS, the South half of the Eastern Viaduct
of the County Causeway is very rough , uneven and bad-
ly in need of repair; and, whereas it is the obliga-
tion of the County Commissioners of Dade County to
keep same in repair ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County
Commissioners be requested to repair same at their
earliest possible convenience.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August ,
A. D. 1929 .
