RESOLUTION NO. 2046
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLOR-
IDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY ENGINEER TO MAKE APPLICA-
TION TO THE WAR DEPARTMENT OF THE
UNITED STATES FOR PERMISSION TO
CONSTRUCT rIROYNES AND BULKHEADS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That Ed R. Neff , City Engineer for said City, be
and he is hereby directed and authorized to make appli-
cation to the War Department of the United States for a
F
permit to construct groynes and bulkheads along the At-
lantic Ocean in front of Lots 1, 2 and. 3 , Amended Plat
of First Ocean Front Subdivision, and Lot 23 , Amended
Plat of Indian Beach Corporation' s Subdivision, in the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, and to make such applica-
tion in the name of said City or in his own name as re-
presentative of the said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August , A. D.
1929 .
