WHEREAS, The Miami Ocean View Company proposes to
make application to the War Department for permission
to construct a bulkhead in Biscayne Bay off Lots 32 to
w 40, inclusive, of Block 111, Ocean Beach Addition No. 3 ,
:; within the municin91 limits of Miami. Beach ; Florida , as
44 shown upon two dra ingc marked:
"Sketch Showing Location of Proposed Bulkhead,
Permit for which is Requested by The Miami

Ocean View Co.
Miami Beach, Fla. Sept. 1st 1929"
and
"Drawing to Accompany Request for Permit by
Miami Ocean View Co. for Bulkhead

respectively, and
44 WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Miami
Ocean View Company will not interfere with any plans
for work which the czid City Council ha_.s in view
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City oun-
< ` cil of Miami Beach , Florida, in legal meeting assem-
L bled, that the said. City Council waives, and it does
hereby waive , all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
