RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA.
:'WHEREAS , there has been for a long time past a
frame building upon Ocean Drive immediately nest of
Lot Eight (S) Block One Hundred Sixteen (116) OCEAN
BEACH ADDITION NO. 4, of said City of Miami Beach,
which said building was erected by the owner of said
above described property in connection with a build-
ing being erected upon said lot , and
WHEREAS, the said building in its present con-
dition and location constitutes a menace to public
health and safety, is unsightly and a nuisance in
other ways,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach that the owners of said
above described lot be notifiedto immediately remove
the said building from the said street and to clean up
and place said street adjacent to said lot , and leave
same in good condition.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that if said owners do
not comn1v with the fore(-oinr* requirements on or before
thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to them of a
copy of this resolution, the City Manager is hereby au-
thorized and directed to cause such work to be done ,
keep an account thereof and report the same to the Coun-
cil , whereupon the cost thereof will be made a charge
and lien against the property so cleared , of the same
extent and character as liens for special assessments
in the Charter of said City are therein provided.
