Resolution 2054 RESOLUTION NO. 2054
WHEREAS, W. M. Griffin proposes to make applica-
tion to the War Department for permission to construct
a Steel Bulkhead and Groyne in the Atlantic Ocean off
Lot 5 , Indian Beach Corporation' s Subdivision, within
the municipal limits of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown
upon drawings designated Sheet 1 of 3 , Sheet 2 of 3
and Sheet 3 of 3 , marked:
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY PERMIT APPLICATION
TO CONSTRUCT A
STEEL BULKHEAD & GROYNE
IN THE ATLANTIC OCEAN
OFF LOT 5 INDIAN BEACH CORP' S SUED.
MIAMI BEACH, FLA.
MR. W. M. GRIFFIN - (OWNER)

SEPT. 14, 1929"
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and con-
sidered by the City Council , and
WHEREAS, the wore contemplated by the said W. M.
griffin will not interfere with any plans for work which
the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assembled, that
the said City Council waives, and it does hereby waive ,
all objections to the said proposed construction.
