RESOLUTION NO. 2057
WHEREAS, Francis L. DuBosque proposes to make
• application to the War Department for permission to
construct a boat landing In Biscayne Bay at Lot 34,
Block 1 , Nautilus Subdivision, within the municipal
limits of Miami Beach , Florida_, as shown upon draw-
inc.,- marked:
"PROPOSED BOAT LANDING
IN - BI S( AYNE BAY
AT MIAMI BEACH, FLA.
APPLICATION BY FRANCIS L. DU BOSQUE
Sept. 3 - 1929 ”
and ,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said
Francis L. DuBosquewill' not interfere with any
plans for work which the said City Council has in
view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem-
bled , that the said City Council waives , and it does
hereby waive , all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October ,
