RESOLUTION NO. 205S
WHEREAS , A. W. Ferguson proposes to make applica-
tion to the War Department for permission to construct
a boat landing in Indian Creek at Lot 28 , Block 1 ,
Beach View Subdivision , within the municipal limits of
Miami Beach , Florida , as shown upon drawing marked:
"PROPOSED BOAT LANDING IN INDIAN CREEK
AT MIAMI BEACH , FLA.
Sept.PLICATIONBY A. W. FERGUSON
1929"
and,
WHEREAS , said plans have been presented to and con-
sidered by the City Council ,and
WHEREAS , the work contemplated by the said A. W.
Ferguson will not interfere with any plans for work which
the said City Council has in view ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of Miami Beach , Florida , in legal meeting assembled , that
the said City Council waives , and it does hereby waive ,
all objections to the said proposed construction.
