a WHEREAS, John J. Madden proposes to make ap—
plication to the War Department for permission to
construct a boat landing in Indian Creek at Lot 15,
Block 1—A, Beach View Subdivision, within the muni—
cipal limits of Miami Beach, Florida , as shown by
the drawing marked:
"PROPOSED BOAT LANDING IN INDIAN
CREEK AT MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPLICATION BY — JOHN J . MADDEN,
9/19/29. "
and,
WHEREAS , said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council , and
WHERAS , the work contemplated by the said John
J. Madden will not interfere with any plans for work
which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assembled,
that the said City Council waives , and it does hereby .
waive , all objections to the said proposed construc—
tion.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October ,
