RESOLUTION NO. 2061
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN REMON-
STRANCES TO THE CONFIRMATION OF

SANITARY SEWER DISTRICTS SANITARY SE"iLR IM-
SR-120, SR-122, SR-123 , PROVMENTS SR-120,
SR-124, SR-125 , SR-125 SR-122 , SR-123 , SR-124,
and SR-129 SR-125 , SR-128 and
SR-129
WHEREAS , preliminary assessment rolls have been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk , on the above described improvements
in accordance with the provisions of Section 29 of
the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with said
City Charter that a meeting of the City Council will
be held Ft 10:00 A. M. , October 23rd, 1929 , at which
time all interested persons may appear and file writ-
ten objections to the confirmation of said rolls.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October, A. D.
