DISTRICT SR-132 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-132
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; The City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SR-132 The laying underground of an S" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer , or an S" Concrete Sanitary
Sewer, and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the center of Thirtieth Street from
East Line of Collins Avenue to a point one hundred
and sixty-three feet East of the said East line of
Collins Avenue;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Concrete
Sewer Lateral from the Main, Sewer to the Street
line of Lot 3, Block 11 of the Ocean Front Property
of the Miami Beach Improvement Company's Subdivision
as a part of Main Improvement;
As said Street , Avenue and Subdivision are shown on
Amended Plat, recorded in Plat Book No. 5, Pages 7
and S of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and as said Thirtieth Street is named and designated
in Ordinance N o. 232;
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature,
size and character of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifi-
cations and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-132, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-132.
