RESOLUTION NO. 2064
DISTRICT SR-134 SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-134
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SR-.134 The laying underground of an g" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer,
and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the West Curb of Pine Tree Drive
from West Twenty—eighth Street to West Thirtieth
Street;
Together with 6" Terra Cotta, or 6" Concrete
Sewer Laterals from the main Sewer to the line
of approximately each sixty feet of adjacent
property, as a part of main improvement.
As said Drive and Streets are shown on a Plat
recorded in Plat Book No. 4, Page 154 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material of
said improvement be subsequently determined in
conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates , the printing and publication of notices
and proceedings, the preparation of bonds , interest during con-
struction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses
necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-134, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR--134.
