BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of niami Beech , Florida, that that portion of the un-
named street lying to the East of Block Seventy-seven
(77) of FISHER' S FIRST SUBDIVISION OF ALTON BEACH as
recorded in Plat Book No . 2 at Paye 77 of the Public
Records of Dade County, +'lorida, and extended North-
erly to the middle of Fifteenth Street of said City ,
be and the same is hereby vacated and closed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October ,
