DIST3ICT SK-34 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-34
BE IT RESOLVED BY TRH; CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
SK-34 A five foot Concrete sidewalk on the
East side of Sheridan Avenue from Nine-
teenth Street to Twentieth Street, as
said Avenue and Streets are shown on a
plat recorded in Plat Book No. 5, Page
7, and as said Sheridan Avenue and Nine-
teenth and Twentieth Streets are named
and designated in• Ordinance No. 170, re-
corded in Deed Book No. 297, Page 242,
all of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of
said improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, in-
cluding an estimate of the cost of the expenses of prelimi-
nary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimate, the printing and publication of notices, and
proceedings , the preparation of bonds and any other expenses
necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated
in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sidewalk Improve-
ment SK-34, and the property against which assessments may be
made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as
District SK-34.
