DISTRICT SL-2 SANITARY SEWER LATERAL
IMPROVEMENT SL-2.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI 13 EACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is nereby
ordered to oe made; tree City Council nereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
S�L-2 The laying underground of b" Terra-Cotta or b" Concrete
Sewer Laterals, as a Separate Improvement , from tne exist-
ing Sanitary Sewer to tale line or aper:ximately each f if ly
teet of adjacent property;
In Ocean Drive, on both sides, from tne North line of
Fourteenth Lane to a point one hundred feet Nortn of the
said North line of Fourteenth Lane.
As said Drive and Lane are shown on a Plat recorded in
Plat Book No. 9, Page 73 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, and as said Fourteenth Lane is named
and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
And it is nereby directed that the material of said
improvement be subsequently determined in conformity
with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifi-
cations and estimates , the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services , abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in cono.ucting the proceedings and word herein provided for; and
the estimated amount To be assessed against the abutting property for
eacn Sewer Lateral.
This Improvement shall be designated in all, proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Lateral Improvements SL-2, ana the prop-
erty against which assessments txterefor may be made for tne cost there-
of shall be designated as District SL-2.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October A.D. , 3.92x.
