DISTRICT SK.-61 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-61
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SK-61 A four and one half foot sidewalk on both sides of Ocean Drive
from Fourteenth Lane to North line of Harrison and Hayes Sub-
division, as said Drive, Lane and Subdivision are shown on a
Plat recorde .0i Plat Book No. 9, Page 73, of the Public Records
of Dade County aid as said Fourteenth Lane is named and desig-
nated

nat ed in ordi anc a No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an esti-
mate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and super-
intendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in con-
ducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk ..Improvement SK-61 , and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designat-
ed as District SK-61 .
