DISTRICT Hi-t105 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-105
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
H-105 FIFTEENTH STREET: From the East line of Collins Avenue
to the East line of Ocean Drive, produced Northerly, to
be paved and where heretofore paved, to be repaved, to
a width of forty feet with a Bituminous Wearing Surface
on a lo" Rock Base, with necessary drainage, sewer inlets,
manholes and catch basins, and improved on both sides
with a concrete Curb and Gutter, as said Avenue and Drive
are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 2, Page 77
and Plat Book No. 9, Page 73 . of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, and as said Fifteenth Street is
named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement andan esti--
mate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and super-
intendence
uperintendence of the work, the preparation ofp
lans and specifications

and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc , and any other expenses necessary and proper in con-
ducting , P P
the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-105, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designat-
ed as District H-105.
