DISTRICT H-106 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-106
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
H-106 OCEAN DRIVE: From North line of Fourteenth Lane to
the North line of Harrison and Hayes Subdivision, to
be paved and where heretofore paved, to be repaved,
to a width of forty feet with a Bituminous Wearing
Surface on a 10" Rock Base, with necessary drainage ,
sewer inlets, manholes and catch basins , and improved
on both sides with a Concrete Curb and Gutter, as said
Drive, Lane and Subdivision are shown on a Plat record-
ed in Plat Book No. 9, Page 73 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, and as said Fourteenth Lane is
named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an esti-
mate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of the preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica--
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and pro-
ceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, le-
gal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be aspessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-106, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be desig-
nated
