RESOLUTION NO. 2087
WHEREAS, R. S. Rhoads proposes to make applica-
tion to the War Department for permission to construct
a dock off Lot 38, Star Island, within the municipal
;imits of Miami Beach , Florida, as shown upon drawings
designated Sheet 1 and Sheet 2 , marked:
"SKETCH SHOWING LOCATION OF PROPOSED DOCK
PERMIT REQUESTED BY R. S. RHOADS
MIAMI BEACH, FLA. Nov. 1st , 1929.

7HEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
7.1-1EREAS, the work contemplated by the said R. S.
Rhoads will not interfere with any plans for work
which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in lepal meeting assem-
bled, that the said City Council waives, and it does
hereby waive , all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
