SR-132 Improvement SR-132
7HEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed
and adopted on the 9th day of October , 1929 , or-
dered the Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-132, District
SR-132, and the City Engineer ; under direction of the
City Council , has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof , including an es-
timate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said
improvement , and whereas due notice by publication as
required by the City Charter has been made that the
City Council would on the 23rd day of October , 1929 ,
at the City Hall in said City , at 1000 o' clock A. M. ,
receive and hear remonstrances of all interested per-
sons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no remonstrances having been
presented at the time and place aforesaid ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolu-
tion of said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-132, District SR-132, be and the same is
hereby confirmed. and the City Council hereby declares
its intention of proceeding with City Forces.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of October ,
