WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed
and adopted on the 9th day of October i 1929 ,
or-
dered the Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-135 , District
SR-135 , and the City Engineer , under direction of the
City Council , has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof , including an es-
timate of the cost of the incidental expenses

improvement , and whereas due notice bypublication
required by the City Charter has been madethat

at the City Hall in said C ,
receive and hear remonstrances of all interested per-
sons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no remonstrances having been
presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolu-
tion of said City Council ordering said annitarysaewers
Improvement SR-135, District 35,
be hereby confirmed and the City Council hereby declares
its intention of proceeding with City Forces.
