RESOLUTION NO. 2093
District Sanitary Sewer
SR-133 Improvement SR-133
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed
and adopted on the 9th day of ,< ctober , 1929 , or-
dared the Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-133 , District
SR-133 , and the City Engineer , under direction of the
City Council , has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof , including an es-
timate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said
improvement , and whereas due notice by publication as
required by the City Charter has been made that the
City Council would on the 23rd day of October , 1929 ,
at the City Hall in said City , at 10: 00 o' clock A. M. ,
receive and hear remonstrances of all interested per-
sons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no remonstrances having been
presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolu-
tion of said City Council ordering said Sanitary SewerImprovement SR-133, District SR-133, be and the same is
hereby confirmed,, and the City Council hereby declares
<. _ its intention of proceeding with City Forces.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of October ,
