Improvement SL-2
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed
and adopted on the pith day of October , 1929 , or-
dared the Sewer Lateral Improvement SL-2 , District
SL-2 , and the City Engineer , under direction of the
City Council , has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof , including an es-
timate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said
improvement and whereas due notice by publication as
required by the City Charter hasemadeo , 1929 ,
that

receive and hear remonstrances of all interested per-
sons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no remonstrances having been
presented at the time and place aforesaid,
